If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the date of purchase. You have up to 90 days from the date of purchase to return the item for store credit or an exchange, starting 30 days after the purchase. To receive a reimbursement, please ship back the product, regardless of whether it has been used or not.

There is a return charge for shipping on each order of returns. Once we get your return, we will reimburse the payment method you used initially, excluding the original shipping costs, which are not eligible for a refund. We will provide store credit if your original payment method is unavailable.

If you are exchanging an item, there is no cost to you. If the item you are exchanging for is more expensive, you will need to pay the difference. If the item you are exchanging for is less costly, you will be refunded the difference to your original payment method.

Customers should ensure that the package should be returned carefully. If the products are damaged in transit, we cannot provide a refund.

The order number for your Ivachi order is in the confirmation email you received. It is five digits long and consists of only numbers. If you are having trouble finding it, please reach out to us for assistance at support@ivachi.com.

3. Can I change or cancel my order?

Once the order has been placed, you can cancel or modify it within 12 h; if not, the order cannot be canceled or changed. If you forgot to use a promotional code on your purchase, please get in touch with us at support@ivachi.com.

It may take 5-7 business days to process your refund.

5. What should I do if my package is damaged when it arrives?

If you think your package was damaged while being shipped, you must contact us within three days of receiving it. Please have your order number and the item(s) that are damaged, wrong, or missing ready. We will likely ask you to send us pictures when you get in touch.
